We are pleased to share the new DAS, BAETS, ENT UK consensus guidelines for management of haematoma after thyroid surgery. Written in collaboration with our surgical and nursing colleagues we hope they will improve the patient safety, whilst promoting teamwork and organisational preparedness. Find below the cognitive aids that form part of the guidelines, recommended post-thyroid surgery box contents and Supporting Information Appendix S3 which aims to aid implementation of the guidelines.
